Shane Lynch's Tuscan

Shane is NOT the only driver on this team and I would appreciate it if you could salute his team mate Ben McLoughlin once in a while. Ben is consistently overshadowed by his team mate due to Shane's high profile but NOT due to his driving skills. Why did they choose Ben to do the qualifying??????

Emily, If it was not for Ben; the 69 Tuscan would have been a lot further back. Chris Pollard and John Griffiths highly rate Ben. When they get that car sorted I am sure Ben will be trading times with Simon Pullan.

I must admit to not having been the biggest fan of the gaelic swinger, however i did feel he did a cracking job yesterday (it was him out first wasnt it??)

Initially you tend to think he was only there due to his money etc, but he did a cracking race yesterday...good luck to him

A brilliant effort by all concerned at Eclipse this weekend with a car that wasn't co-operating. Shane had a cracking stint and Ben was mega in qualifying. John and the crew never stopped trying to find the source of the misfire but this Tuscan was by far the quickest GTO car through the speed traps - there's more to come from the #69 car.

Interesting to see that Lynch was done for "Dangerous and Reckless driving" It seems that one Tuscan R may be in for short life.

It would be unfair to the other members of the team for this to become a Shane racing site. However, he is obviously a talented driver.
Hopefully his 'high profile' will help the team to get new sponsorship.

GrahamG, what an excellent write up about Eclipse on dsc. I was pleased to see it mentioned both drivers and all the crew. That should keep emily happy!! (I hope)!!It was nice to get all the behind the scene info,and race day info, well done. LOOK OUT FOR ECLIPSE IN THE FUTURE!!!! GO SHANE!!! and BEN! of course!
