Williams to keep Rosberg and Nakajima for 2009

Good to see them keep Nico, I think he's done really well this year. Not so sure on Nakajima though, he shows the odd burst of speed but maybe the jury is still out on him.

I suspect they need one drive from that country, to keep their engine supplier sweet...

Good for Rosberg, though. He seems like he is one of the "best of the rest" drivers out there.

They've done well to keep Rosberg, as he hs shown some real promise in (what is afterall) a second rate car.

Who've they got putting the testing miles in? That's a key area with two relatively young and developing drivers.

i think its wurz - plenty of experience there, i think he's rated very highly as a test driver...

Nico Hulkenberg, the very quick A1GP champion from Germany is their test driver.

I think they've also done well to keep Nakajima and the Toyota engines, he could very easily have been moved across to the Toyota team to replace Trulli. But now they've got him and secured the important engine supply.

Nico Hulkenberg is - and will be - their test-driver.

Rosberg isn't really inexperienced now. He's had nearly three full seasons in F1, so he should have a pretty good idea about the business of F1 and car development.

Nakajima is a Toyota man just as much as Sato is Honda's. They want a Japanese driver in F1 so if Trulli was not retained at Toyota, the Toyota could have taken their man and put him in their car very easily. With Glock outpacing and finishing higher than Trulli in recent events they wouldn't be looking on Trulli as the number one for too long.
