I've always noticed that with most cars in lower level racing you can tell who's driving the car by who it's sponsored by!

If you look at this shot you can see the company logos and link them to drivers!!!

De Walt: Richard Stanton
HayFisher: Richard Hay
John Guest: Mike Jordan
TVR financial services: Michael Caine
Vent Axia: Tim Sugden

But what sponsorship does Rob Barff bring to the team in this case?

Not so sure if I would stand in the pits and call it 'lower level racing' to any of the guys in the middle of a second engine change though .

Thanks. I had sort-of worked that out.
I had illiminated Pi research, Dunlop and the TVRCC.

Does Rob still own the Nissan with the comedy no. Plate on it?

Fair enough but what I was trying to get is racing where the drivers bring the sponsorship (e.g British GT) and when Teams bring the sponsorship (BTCC).

Sorry!

the plate lives....on the A2.

As an aside, the same aero-designer worked on the A2 and the R8-Endurance-meister-&-multi-LeMans-winner.

Hopefully John Guest can provide some suitable plumbing pieces to keep the engine happy.

Does anyone remember what the R8-with-a-roof was called?
It was much better looking!

You mean the Audi R8C from 1999 I think - very good looking, very unreliable!

What a pity Lotus are not going to be there; I understand they are now into cook books!

Anyway Hugh Chamberlain will sort the Tuscans out over the next month.
