Just came on to take the piss out of the F1 farse!
What a joke, nice decision not to bring full wets [sarcasm mode off] but these moaning drivers earning millions are really getting to me!
Actually looked to be an interesting race when watching qualifying the other day but now, can't wait to see the highlight of the race...the safety car pitting!

Don't laugh - that has actually happened before in F1. I believe it was 3-4 years ago at Monaco, when the Mercedes pace (sorry - "Safety") car was being driven in the wet by... erm... well he was a British driver who was doing well in F3000 at the time (name escapes me)
Prof Sid Watkins was on board and got a bit of a knock from recollection - ended up seeking some treatment at his own hospital facility!
Weather wins again. I make that 3 races run and the rain dominating two of them. How about running the season from September to March?
Edited to add ..... Why wasn't the race stopped before that poor bastard arrived at the scene of the accident? Webbers was a huge off!

Today has actually restored my faith in the excitement of F1.
Alonso's accident was a serious downer though (although he was all "thumbs up" going into the ambulance) - I personally thought they should have stopped the race after Webber's off with the amount of debris on there though.
Apart from that - very exciting and actually showed the true skill of the drivers for once.

Well i take it back, bar Alfonso's off that was the most exciting grand prix i've watched in about 5 years!!!!
I have no opinion as to why as i don't the new rules but there was an actual phenonmena which most kids who follow F1 under the age of about 16 won't know called overtaking!!!!
Yea to that i say!!!

Superb race, apart from the bits behind the Safety Car (4 appearances, wasn't it?) which allowed me to catch up on reading this month's EVO.
Poor old Fizzi and Jordan though - didn't Eddie's face look a picture when the news broke that they hadn't won after all?
The farce with the tyres was pretty lame though. The tyre companies have always provided one or more slick compounds, an intermediate and a full wet. Steamrollering a penny-pinching rule change to drop the wet weather support to EITHER inters or wets is pathetic and it looks like it has bitten them on the bum this time. Hopefully the rule will be reverted forthwith.
But going back to the racing - wow!
I've been following F1 seriously for about 15 years now and I think that race measures up fairly well in the entertainment stakes.
Let's hope the unpredictable weather continues!
