Interesting predictions especially as the Vipers are usually useless at everything, apart from holding Rob Barff up, in the British GT's....

Top 3 in GTO (No particular order)

-Short's Mosler
-Master Motorsport Ultima
-Eclipse Tuscan

GT Cup.... no idea. Probably one of the Porsches

i think the viper should be strong, professional team running it, and in 2001 the viper was extremely competitive (the hayles car which was run in 2001 was a chamberlain car) and its the only GT class car in the field this weekend, i wouldnt write it off as a potential winner. But im sure the others will be right there, another 'One to watch' wil be the Xero Corvete C5.

One of the 2 moslers will win.

Depends on the quality of the drivers and when they appear but the Monaro, Corvette, Stealth or one of the 996's could well be in for a few podium places.

Steve Brady in the Ultima, however I am tipping Matt Manderson in the Darrian!

HAs it been confirmed that the Darrian can complete. I heard there were some issues with the legality of the floorpan. Has this been cleared up?

My hopes are for the Rollcentre Mosler but there are a few TVRs and other cars to fight. So Shorty, it's not a 24 hour race, give it a go.

I don't think there will be any problem! I think the Darrian may show up some more expensive cars!

Hi Guys,

Its got to be the Mossler, But in the cup class it will be one of the TECH 9 - 996 GT3's.

We where testing yesterday at Donington with car 76 and 77. Times from me, Pat Peace and Matt Griffin where all within a couple of tenths but Steve my team mate in car 77 just needs some more time in the car. So we should be on for a 1st and 2nd in Cup class fingers crossed.

Roll on Sunday

news just in is that shorty isn't racing the mosler on sunday, its going to be Rob Barff taking his place!

Shorty has decided to compete in a 911 GT3-RS with Tim Sugden in the FIA GT's !!!

wicked, glad tim sugden has a very good and quick co-driver, and rob barff is ace, i thought he was at most times better than caine in the speed 12 last year, well done to them both.

So, he keeps the gates open to win two races at one weekend then. Good move, my thumbs are crossed.

I was going to say martin short, but I'll change that to Rob Barff. In GT-Cup, has to be one of the Tech-9 Porsches, though im hoping the Morgan can spring a surprise. Be interesting to see how two women (no offense intended by this) handle something as heavy and powerful as a Viper. Last time i saw the Master Ultima was Oulton Park last year, and it was flying! so hopefully they will get a podium.
