Silverstone night race

I happened to be talking to Rod Barrett (Hawthorns) on the phone last night.

Apparantly he lost all exept 5th gear in the day race at Silverstone recently. They changed the gearbox ready for the night race, and halfway down the pit straight on the opening lap he lost all gears except 4th.

Guess that explains why he wasn't so competitve at either of those races.
