Rockingham loses 2003 CART round

Due to money problems over this years event CART have dropped Rockingham from the 2003 racing calender. Brands Hatch has been mentioned as a replacement for a 2003 UK round, as have Spa (Belgium) and Estoril (Portugal) all to take place in the month of May, Indy 500 month!!!!!!
