I’ve been sat here thinking how sparse the field seems. Before Covid there were grids approaching 40 cars. There were some interesting wildcards too. Like the Nürburgring 24hrs the diversity has been reduced which is a shame really. i do like these events as background tv. what's the name of the geordie commentator? i feel i should know this given he is THE voice for gt racing. i do enjoy the mix of commentary, story telling and general banter. even commentary mistakes are handled well.
