Thought i'd start the thread in preparation for the upcoming race weekend. Remember for anyone watching at home the coverage is split between both ITV4 & ITV this weekend.

ITV4 & ITV4 HD 1100-1355
ITV & ITV HD 1400-1700
ITV4 & ITV4 HD 1655-1835

Thank you for the heads up, I had only set it up for series link on ITV4. I'd have missed the ITV coverage when I come to watch it Sunday evening.

I’m not convinced about touring cars and brands, it’s always a precession

Missed the first race! Clashing with Monaco Historic, GT World challenge and Formula E doesn't help.

Missed the second race, they've moved to itv? Had recorded it on itv4.
When did this start?

The channel shift warning was highlighted by the OP in this thread. I think they are doing it at a few rounds this year to try and raise the profile.

Steve Rider has just said OULTON PARK is on ITV again.

I've just read on the link that the OP provided that 2 events will be split between the 2 channels, therefore I assume Oulton is the other.

I'm amazed at the number of posts I've seen online today from people who didn't know about the channel switch. It's been all over social media from BTCC, teams, drivers and commentators since Donington and they mentioned it several times in the coverage for the previous round.

Just goes to show how hard it is to get a message out despite the number of different methods available these days.

If it hadn’t been mentioned by the OP, I probably would not have known. PH is the nearest I get to following social media.

I wouldn't have known about the switch if I hadn't read the OP so thank you for that.

Some good racing, I enjoyed the MINIs especially.

I didn't even see it on here but luckily was actually watching live so was able to change the channel - a good day's racing all round I think though I'm a little out of touch with the reasons that our own Wookie isn't at the front again this year?

Great weekends racing. rain always makes things exciting. Good to have a situation of so many potential champions.

I wonder has Chilton opened his phonebook yet to see what team he will jump to next year. Poor lad is very unfortunate, every year his new team gives him a slow car and his teammate sails off into the distance every race, and then after he completes his annual change of team his old car miraculously starts being really competitive again.
