A1GP Ferrari - searching for parts

Hello Everyone,

I have bought a A1GP Ferrari chassis, most of the bodywork and a few mechanical components. The plan is to build it up into a show car hence I am searching for parts.



I have spoken with the South African owners of the 20-ish cars that are down in SA and I'm also in contact with the owners of a showcar that is in the UK and the owners of the other 2 chassis that are also in the UK.

I am currently trying to track down the showcar that was at Barnett & Southgate College in London, which was sold off in 2019. But so far no leads.

Parts I'm looking for:
- headrest
- nose cone (though I have the moulds for it)
- forward sidepods (LHS and RHS)
- RHS front and rear uprights
- callipers
- steering rack

Although almost everything is in South Africa, there are some bits and bobs hanging about in the UK.
(don't point me to the racecarsdirect ads as I'm the owner of those ads)

I’d try and track down some of the franchised team from back in the day a lot are still going. See if they have anything in the back of workshop. A lot of money was owed when A1GP went down the pan wouldn’t surprise me if people held onto things.

Thanks for the reply. I’ve done that. My former team principle still had a RW, extraction seat, FWEP, brake discs and pads and a few other bits and bobs. I’ve pretty much exhausted all my a1gp contacts and the ones they’ve put me in touch with.
