Poor driving footage
Discussion
One that springs to mind I saw recently - only makes it to the 3rd corner, causing significant damage to their car and the Jag in the process. Driver wasn't great to start off with, but buzzing your engine by slamming a downchange (NO rev matching apparent), then going for a gap and simultaneously running wide in to the competitor that left the aforementioned gap, could be a lesson or two to be taught/learned from it:

That is horrible to watch, could have been so much worse, I would have said more than he did at the end of the video. You can see him glance to the right, and see 'us' approaching, then block the move. Having been 'crowded' off the track at Donny from start line, horrible feeling when there is nothing you can do to stop the damage after the initial impact. Let alone the financial implications.

Yeah that's shocking - hate to say it, but having seen a couple of instances such as this being recorded and uploaded to Youtube, it can't be just an isolated incident. I have a car I have spent many a year preparing for competition, pains me to say it but if I saw someone trying such a manoeuvre i'd struggle not to either turn in to their back end to spin them off the track, or brake to avoid contact and then find the driver for a discussion/remonstration in the paddock at a later time.Having been 'crowded' off the track at Donny from start line, horrible feeling when there is nothing you can do to stop the damage after the initial impact. Amazing some people think a move like that is acceptable in any motorsport - if you're good enough you'll be able to get the place back, no need to resort to such petty and pitiful tactics. Motor racing isn't cheap at the best of times, let alone with tts like that MX5 driver doing their level best to bankrupt you.
