No problem with that suit.. there is no life for race suits (yet...).

The suit is compliant.

If you look at page 176 of the 2021 Blue Book, you will see:

Overalls
9.1. Clean Flame-Resistant overalls, must be worn to cover
from ankle to wrist to neck.

Acceptable standards:
9.1.1. Racing:
FIA 8856-2018
FIA 8856-2000

9.1.5. For FIA Standard Overalls the homologation label will
be stitched into the fabric of the garment or on a sewn in label.
For International use overalls must comply with: FIA 8856-2000

Yours clearly state FIA 8856-2000, so you are fine.

As someone else said, there is no expiry date on overalls, but:

9.1.6. As with any item of safety equipment, evidence of
damage or excessive wear can render it unsuitable for use. In
the case of overalls this could include over frequent, or
incorrect, washing, broken seams or stitching and worn patches.

Not strictly true. Although they don’t have a 5 or 10 year life, they are approved to a certain FIA standard which will drop out of approval at some point. Like the FIA8856-1986 did. These are no longer approved for Circuit racIng use.

It’s the same as helmets.

There is something, but I cannot remember the details. It was a big thing which now seems to have fizzled out. I even talked to AWS about re-submitting the design of suit that I have for re-homologation (they didnt, as they were retiring). From memory lifing was tied to homologation date.

This is an aside to the OP's question, though.

MSUK only requires that the suit compiles with the relevant standard and does not link this to a current homologation. I have never seen a scrutineer compare the suit number against a FIA technical list. Basically, if it's stamped with FIA 8856-2000 or FIA 8856-2018 then it would be fine (and FIA 1986 ok for some uses, such as speed events).

At some point there will be a "life" for future suits and you just need to make sure that you have one of the current standards. The FIA 8856-2000 standard has been the norm for many years and they still aren't life limited. However, it's worth reading the link below about the new FIA 8856-2018 standard, and how this will affect competitors moving forward. In summary, no immediate change expected.

It seems to have fizzled out. It was an FIA change but I found out about it through the MSA. I am guessing that the MSA have elected not to adopt it for National events, but I dont know whether it is proposed or has a date for implementation (or even, already is implemented) International events.

Things like this have been so far out of my mind over the last year. It seemed like such a cause for concern at the time, too.

By chance I have come across this, or rather a .pdf of the homologation dates for all '2000' suits, from the FIA. I saved it in July 2015, so this is when they were talking about lifing suits and it was based on homologation date.
