Dallara SF19 or F2 Purchase?

Hi guys I have always been curious about this. I have followed super formula and F2 for a while now and I understand it is Dallara that produces the Chassis for both comps. Judging I had a nice pile of cash around, would I be able to purchase such a chassis from dallara to 2020 spec without entering the competitions? This is completely theoretical so no " why would you do that" or "noone has that money around" I'm just curious if a normal person like me could purchase a modern chassis with a nice amount of cash around as I have always had this fantasy of purchasing such a chassis then going to someone like Judd for a V10 engine for the ultimate modern era v10 formula car. I have looked around and it looks nearly impossible to purchase from them as a non motorsport team unless I am looking for their road car.

I don’t think Dallara would sell you a car for personal use or let a car for a current series be used outside that series. The FIA have some control over this sort of thing too.
You may have the money to buy one but few teams in the UK have experience of running them and that’s going to be the big cost, you can’t turn up with it on the back of a trailer, fire it up and hit the track.....and it would be “almost” impossible to re-engineer it to take any other drivetrain.
If you just want a fast single seater for track/test days, why not buy an old hillclimb (Gould, Pilbeam etc) car designed for a V8 then stick a modern Chevy LS in it?

Like I mentioned before, this is completely theoretical so I don't want a you won't be able to afford this part or that part answer. It somehow escaped your head aswell that I mentioned at the start this is completely theoretical. Like no one can have a light chat without an idea being completely and technically correct and plausible.
Easiest and maybe cheapest way would be to approach one of the hill climb chassis builders. Gould, OMS and DJ have all fitted NA V8 race engines from Judd, Nicholson McLaren and RPE into their single seaters. Would still expect it to cost you £250k+ though😊

Ok, of course theoretically it is possible that you could design a car to accommodate a Judd V10, get Dallara or any other manufacturer to build it and then drive it
The reality is it will never happen. Buy an old formula ford and try re-engineering it to hold a V8, a Rover V8 might fit, then expand your plans....

If you have a big enough chequebook, Dallara will talk to you.
Alternatively the older GP2 cars come onto the market at somewhere between £ 150,000 and £ 250,000 depending on what engine life is remaining and spares package. Finding somewhere to run one of these will be difficult, Donington run noisy test days.
Otherwise you could get the Rodin FZed from New Zealand at US$ 650,000 or Tour de Force F1 at circa £ 850,000

This should be in the right ballpark, on a very very small budget compared to what you are talking about.
Lola T96/50 combined with a Aud 5,2 l V10 and VAG gearbox, completely DIY in a garage (he is really good at building stuff though). Any competent race car builder should be able to do something similar, based on an ex race car that you can find on racecarsdirect.
This guys previously had both alfa twin turbo, and a supercharged/turbocharged engine in his formula cars, but the v10 is the best yet!
