Corner weights near Cardiff

Just posted this in technical, my apologies.

Hi all,
I have a Birkin seven type car.
Usually when braking the passenger wheel locks.
I had thought about just putting the tyre pressures equal and trying to us footprint area as a guide, but before I muck everything up, would anyone know of anywhere near Cardiff that could do corner weights properly?
I used to use Muzz Racing at Llandow but I can't reach him anymore.
Any advice appreciated.
