Fair bit more thought out than a roll of the dice.

Feeling is the Merc has just about gone as far as it can and it’s pretty clear a RWD platform has advantages.

The team bought them months ago from looks of things think the plan was to run both in 2020 but considering the lack of pace from the Merc best too get it tested and ready for next year.
Think this be the final year for the a class along with a few others too.

Got Daddy to spend some money in an attempt to get him some undeserved wins.

Good to see a proper saloon car in place of a hatchback if nothing else.

If you're going to pull someone for incorrect spelling, perhaps you'd like to spell

They bought the Infinitis way before the 3 series came out.

Can i just ask, why is there so much hate for Moffat on here? I know his father is successful and funds his career, but it's not like he's a complete donkey 3 sec off the back of the grid is it? 90% of drivers on the grid are funded either by sponsorship, self or business, or a mixture of all of the above. Is he a bit of a dick or something?

Given the way a lot of the motorsport fan base is I think you've answered your own question.

Infiniti is an odd choice don't you think, bearing in my they are exiting Europe with their brand.

Not odd for the team. If they are not sure the A series has more to give. They need to try something else, and those prepared chassis are lying about for the taking. Probably not very expensive compared to starting from scratch.

It's not a works deal so it doesn't really matter if they are in Europe or not. It's a better car for BTCC than the Mercedes which is all that really matters.

Levorgs , MGs and Infinitis - do they sell enough of these things even to be eligible to race? Nobody has ever seen a Levorg in the wild - or have they?

Far as I know there's nothing about the amount of cars sold in the regs. It just has to have been available to the general public from a UK dealership within the last five years.

There isn't a number of cars sold requirement to enter they just need to be available to buy in the UK. I've seen a few Levorgs about, more of them than new STI's to be honest.
