This weekend, finally!

Predictions for the winners?
Predictions for the title before anyone has even put a qualifying lap in?

I reckon Cammish for the title, Ingram for the Independent again.

Pole - Cammish
R1 - Neal
R2 - Turkington
R3 - Morgan (from 8th in the reverse grid draw)

Speedworks is now a works team. So Ingram is unlikely to win the independent honours... hehe

Wookie looked quick at the test the other week, except for one minor transgression we wont mention again wink, so I am hoping he is up near the front. Certainly deserves to be, as does the entire Motorbase crew. Nice team with friendly nice drivers.

I reckon Hondas will be dominating though, Cammish race one, Neal race two and then race three could be anyone, but i'm going Tordoff.

Hopefully we will see the WSR cars especially Andrew up the front too. Especially as he is carrying our logo this year!

I'm going for BMW winning the first 2 races, Turkington Race 1, Jordan race 2, Plato to get a reverse grid win in the Astra for race 3.

I buy into the reverse grid Plato win. I just don't think the BMW will be dialled in yet. Like the new Civic Dynamics had last year I expect it'll take a while to get it right.

I’d be more than happy to see Cammish win the title. I’m a bit of a fan.

Personally I think the BMW's will be up front all season. They were right on the pace from the start in testing and Jordan was very enthusiastic about it.

They certainly surprised me by being as quick as they were the other day but testing is not racing. There’s loads of things they could have done to look quick, running soft tyres all day, running with next to no fuel, running the car under weight etc, lots of ways to play the game and make people think they’re quick.

That said, even if they’re off the pace this weekend, they won’t be for long!

Motorsport news published top 15 test times from last week ,all covered by about 0.4 seconds.

Plato wasn't in the top 15 ,claims he wasn't going for times......scratchchin

How about Chilton for the title ?

Controversial !

From the small bit I've heard there's a good chance they were holding some performance back in the BMW during testing. Weird stuff like bad traffic/flag timing or tech issues aside I'll be shocked if they're not at or very close to the front.

With a team struggling for sponsors perhaps but there would be zero for BMW to gain by doing that and everything to lose if they ended up near the back come race day.

To continue our annual family tradition, we’ll be there!

Any one else going?

Looking forward to seeing the new 3 series in action with Turkington, (the only driver able to pass without contact hehe ) and of course will be rooting for the Wookie.

Hoping we get good Clio races too.

I think the Clio's will be poor this year. The grid has been decimated by the news that this is the last season of them on the package.

Ginetta Juniors are looking positive though, something like 25 on the grid? Should be, err, fun! laugh

Doubt it, there’s only 11 cars confirmed I think.

I’ll be there with a couple of mates. We’ll either be in the paddock making a nuisance of ourselves or in one of the Brabham suites.
