DTM 7-11 September, Nurburgring - Advice needed!

Hi all,

I'm visiting the 'Ring in September for the TF days. Over this weekend the DTM German Touring Cars is on at the modern Ring circuit, and I have managed to volunteer myself to sort this for our group.

We're not die hard fans and just want to get a bit of the atmosphere whilst we are in the area.

Does any one have any advice about best tickets/areas, what to see, what to avoid etc
