Best way to drive to Goodwood from North West London

For this weekend's action what's the best way to get to Goodwood? I've driven before to the four legged type of racing, but not the proper kind.

Basic options once off the M25 seem to be:

M3 - A331 - A3 - B2146 - B2141
A3 - B2146 - B2141
A3 - A3 (M) - A27
A3 - A286
Other?

Now I do use Waze, but I also suspect this is something that those with experience are going to know better than the algorithms at least at the moment. Care to share? <3
