what is this called

Does anyone know what these wheels are called and when were they introduced into the challenge. I believe they are magnesium/alloy but stand correction. Is there any advantage over the Dymags

AFAIK Perry that's a Tecnomagnesio rim.

Get it on a set of scales Perry and compare to Dymags - that'll help give some clue as to make up.

Absolutely no advantage over the Dymags Perry. Very bad in fact...probably worth offloading fast.

I have some spare storage space, so could take them off your hands and save you the hassle of chucking them!!!

I thought you were into Dymag's Matt, I do have a set of those for sale if your in need. How could I possibly sell a wheel with such a cool name............ TECNOMAGNESIO or is Daz winding me up as he is known to do .

Straight up Perry ! it's a Tecnomagnesio Motorsport rim for Challenge Car fitment , in fact there were some cars running them with machined out slots in the spokes for even lighter lightness.

I have a set of the Tecnomagnesio Motorsport rims, but monitoring them, I'm sure that they are only going to have a certain amount of life before one or more fail a crack test terminally...so would be on the look out to pick up any spares to keep a set running...!
Or, I should just relax and not worry about such mundane things
