It's the Sebring 12 hour next weekend, if anyone can give me pointers for accessing TV coverage from here (UK) it'd be muchly appreciated smile

Thanks,

Chilli...

Think the only way to watch live will be via the IMSA website.

http://www.imsa.com/imsa101/how-watch

MotorsTV will be showing highlights.

Thanks for the info, Chocmonster. Looking forward to this - after the superb racing and coverage from Daytona. Hope the Fords do better this time.

Don't think we'll make it to Croft this year, Chocmonster - shame as it was a fantastic event last year.

Thanks for the info guys, desperate to watch some of this, one of the drivers of the No 70 car (Mazda Prototype) lives just up the road from me here in darkest Norfolk smile

Am I right in thinking that the race will start at 14:40 UK time?

That is correct. 10:40 start time in Florida and only a 4hr difference at the moment as they have done their end of Daylight Saving clock change and we haven't yet.

I'm heading out to the track tomorrow morning - weather looks a bit iffy for the latter part of raceday, which might make things interesting.
It hasn't rained properly during the race for the last 17 or 18 years.

There is loads of lightening around meaning no cameramen allowed out so alot of the coverage has been onboard.

It's been red flagged for the lightning so I guess once the threat has passed it'll restart, there's 8hrs left so plenty of time yet.

Corvette are tweeting that IMSA officials are hoping for a restart in 1 hour. Fingers crossed...
