Which CN car - Ligier or Norma?

Considering buying a CN car, and not sure what to go for between a Norma M20 or a Ligier JS53 Evo. I have heard some say Ligier used to have reliability issues previously, but not sure if this is still the case. the Norma I believe is quite tough mechanically, and I like that the engine can be changed. The car would be used for endurance races. Does anyone have any experience or views they could share?
