So what is this about ??
A black guy in an english car with a german engine..(cue Les Dawson joke )
In a racist country with a cheating hero in an italian car.
Said black guy, sent to back of grid for not returning his car to pit for fuel sample !!!
Didn't a certain German driver do this already this year...and not get a penalty ??
