a little trip?
Discussion
I've travelled alot in the USA and always enjoy it, but thats cos I'm flying and driving in cars maintained by Mr Hertz.
So, I'm thinking about the practicalities of bringing over by '91 400se either next year or 2005 and doing a west coast tour.
Anyone got any views on how practical this might be?
Is there likely to be much help on tap if the beastie blows a gasket (or worse)? Will US traffic cops be happy with the noise?
Anyone suggest a route, places to stay, - 3 weeks maximum?
All replies gratefully considered, and a ride in the beast if the plans work out and you're on my route!

Mite it be worth buying a 280i in the states for your trip? The power may not be up to your standard but there are always a good selection for sale in the TVR CC of America news letter. You may be able to buy from a private party and sell to a dealer when done for a reasonable loss. Service for a 280 on the west coast shoulden't be an issue. Just a thought, Gary.
