found new struts for bonnet

I just bought 2 new struts for my 280i bonnet and they worked very well. They don't have the connection for the rear window defogger but will fit the hatch of of a fhc. The info is

Do you happen to know the length and lift weight?
I've heard 10" closed, 20 inches open, 20 lbs.
I have a Murray Autoparts store replacement, that's right length, too strong, putting too much pressure on lug in bonnet, so it's rippled .

The struts are on my car right now and extended measurement is about 19.5 inches. The weight isn't measured in pounds , it was measured in newtons and these are 100 newtons each I think. They hold the bonnet up quite nicely not too strong or too weak. The sales reps can answer questions a little better than I can.
