WANTED - TVR Tasmin 280 Series 2
Discussion
Does it have to be a 280? I've changed my mind and want a Griff 4.3 BV, but I have a 390SE in my possession.
I paid $13,200 Cdn (5,250 GBP) for it, plus $8,200 for shipping (incl taxes, duty, import fees etc). Add those 2 costs together, and add $100 for the long distance phone calls it took me to put the deal together and it's yours. Break even price.
This is the car.... http://control-alt-delete.ca/tvr/
P.S. The car is in Alberta Canada

Hi Limey,
I was in the US in February and drove down to Key West.
On the way down I saw a 280i Soft top on Ranrod Key.
Its for sale and the guy selling is "Al"
His address is
26924 Overseas Hwy MM27
Ramrod Key FL 33042
Phone 305 872 4206
Good luck
I have got a 280i hard top which I have driven all over Europe, great fun.
Just sold my Chimaera to cover the cost of the engine repairs on the Tuscan I bought in October 06.
