Looking for a TVR Tuscan 1969-1971
Discussion
I will be travelling now frequently to the US and want to bring over a Tuscan V8 (or with the option to convert to V8) into Switzerland. Ideally LHD, but could also be LHD. ill be in the Los Angeles area January 13-16 and can look at cars if there are any for offers.
Ideally the car is mechanically ok but not in the stunning showroom condition, I'd like to do that myself as a project. I opt for the Tuscan as the Griffith 200 seem rather expensive, but if there are good opportunities, then very interested to hear about them.
Also if someone has an address of an American TVR club, California or New Jersey, where I could contact potential sellers.
Thanks for help and suggestions.

The Tuscans that appear at Woodwork (TVR annual show) are in what one can only describe as "American over restore", or "better than Blackpool"
Prices a couple of years ago were in the 50 to 60K range. Lower now I guess.
A Vixen with a 302 would be much cheaper.
