Vixen S2 trackrod lever/Standard 8

Does anyone out there know where to locate these parts or any sugestions for a substitute?

I think they are the normal ones that go with the upright - but TVR bent them so they cleared the disc.

They are Standard 8/10 and they are as rare as rocking horse stuff
