3000s Hardtop install

Has anyone out there fitted one of the David Gerald Reproduction hard top's to their 3000s ? I have the kit here in the states but no idea where to fasten the Rear "Protex" mounting hardware. Or if there is a more robust rear mounting system that would also be of interest. The clips provided don't look to be much to hold the top on the vehicle at high speeds .
