Just replaced mine with Magnecor. Not cheap, but a few people had said they are the best. I can't say how much difference they made as I had quite a bit of work done at the same time. Car pulls like a bull on steroids now all the way to the red line biggrin , given a few modern "quick" cars a fright.

Can't recommend Mangecor highly enough. They have made a significant difference to every car I've tried them on. Its a fit and forget job. Theyre perhaps a little more expensive than some (tho cheaper than others!) but they do last a lifetime.
I think Colin (ColG) will vouch for the fact that the Essex V6 can be a little sensitive to under par HT leads!

Hi Michael,

Hope you are ok. I can vouch for "under par" HT leads. You were very understanding when my car broke down on you. No trouble at all since you worked your magic on it. I must get in touch soon to arrange for the other jobs that need doing.

See ya soon,

Colin

IMHO, Lumention do the very best leads in their silicone blue, but also do a silicone red...both are excelent, BUT any leads are will fail if they are allowed to vibrate, and worthless without a suitable eletronic ignition system.

Pleased to hear that the Taimar is still going well.
I'd definitely agree with Adrian about the Electronic Ignition.
I'm at your service whenever is convenient... or whenever you can bear to be parted from your car for a little while to sort out the other jobs!
