Well now that my sunroof removal is over with, the next thing I want to tackle is installing a pair of correct side bullet/Talbot style mirrors on my 2500M. The challenge though is the bolts that secure the mirrors have to go through the holes in the door and thread into the base of the mirror. So how the heck do I get in back of the holes in the door? The holes are way up at the front/top of the outer door. I peaked behind the door panel and don't see an easy route to the holes. It looks like that area of the door is all solid fiberglass behind the door panel.

Thanks,
Steve

You have to drill two holes inside to get your spanners in. Not an easy job and you won't see anything when you have done it. A rectangular mirror that screws on the side is easier and gives a better view. IMO having tried both methods.
