Hi i'm affter some legal help regarding an ebay sale that was'nt collected.
I sold my mk11a Grantura back in April to a guy in Italy, he's paied for it but i've heared nothing from him since, he's no longer registred with ebay and the only conection i have is an email address for his mate in england,
and he dosn't answer anymore.The last message i sent (dont know if he recived it)i told him i'm chargeing him storage at £30 per week and if i dont hear from him after christmass i'm seling it to the highest bidder,taking what he owes me for storage and sending him the balance if any.He's done this to at least one other that i know of.Any sugestion please.

we can make a deal, i pick up the car, drive it as long as the italian is in jail, eventually he can pick it up with me this way you don't have to store it and the car is a bit closer to milan
