I took a ride on the steam train along the river Banwy down to Welshpool today, it was the steam gala weekend. The station at Welshpool usually has a collection of classic vehicles there on these events so I was hoping a TVR might make an appearance (optimistic, as I've not seen one there before). Just as I'd stepped off the platform, I see an M series disappearing out of the car park! Only a few seconds to see a maroon M series with non standard rear lights (3 small round lights each side) and possibly the sound of a V8?. A final glimpse showed a bonnet cut out for the engine. Anyone know this car?
Anyway, shame I didn't get to have a chat. My car is still with body off the chassis awaiting work to commence

Aha!
The culprit finally 'fesses up'
V8, blown & injected, that must be entertaining.
It was a good day to be out for a blast

Looking forward to the day when I can do the same
Best wishes

I'm currently renovating a cottage on the hills above Manafon. (Hence the delay in starting on the car)

Hopefully, not too much longer before I can start

Thank you Robert, that's very kind of you smile
It would be a welcome incentive to see a car in one piece that actually runs!

Priority at present is to clad a new workshop before the winter kicks in. Things should then slow down a bit until Spring.
I'll message you then and hopefully we can arrange something.

Much appreciated and hope your renovation is going well.

Regards
Mark

Sounds like neither of us should have time to play with cars...but we still will smile
I will make a start on your house thread this evening. Always interested to see how others overcome problems.
I appreciate the offer of help too. Hope to see you in the not too distant future
