I am the lucky owner of this car, now restored with regard to its long competition history, and looking exactly as the pic shows it..
There seems to be a good level of interest in these early cars, and although I have an extensive library of info and pics, there seems to be little in the public domain.

The car has a period race, IDA equipped v8, built by Greg Margetts (RIP) of Competition Engine services, and although not with its race cam, still produces 300bhp at the wheels. A short summary of its history follows.

1984;- HSCC July Donnington Int’n. 1st in Members handicap, 6th overall. Hscc Classic Sports car Champs Donnington, 1st C lass A. Oulton 2nd Class A. Snetterton, 1st Class A. 2nd overall Class A in season.
1985;- HSCC Classic Sportscars, March Silverstone. 1st Class A, April Silverstone, 1st Class A. Castle Coombe dnf. 2nd overall in Season. 750 MC Wiscombe Park 1st in class.

A special car, and exciting. ( but v. thirsty )
