Just a curiosity. I am having a garage clear out and was going to chuck out these knackered uprights I had hanging around. I noticed they are two different types.
I didn’t know there was more than one design so just for education does anyone know which cars they are for?

The second photo looks like my Vixen uprights (below). I don't know about the one in the first photo.

I would think they will have a value if they are usable - certainly wouldn't bin them. Someone may just need one to keep a car on the road.

Yep, similar to my S1 too so no idea about the other one.

Happy to pass them on to anyone who needs them but two of them have been welded up. One is ok but has suffered electrolytic damage on the face due to contact with the backplate.

There are actually at least 3 different types, 4 if you count the modern replacements
They are all developments of the very early Elva type upright.
