2500M for 8k...needs full refurb or just a revamp with some repairs and use it as it is.

Weird that. Up to middle age I just wanted a V8 for all the reasons frequently said. Then I started to get bored of driving lazy V8's that would never give any feeling of urgency. The last 10 years I've really enjoyed my revvy little 4-pot Crossflow and don't have any desire (currently) to go back to the world of V8's. I've had both and for me at my age and what i want to do it's not a screamer.
In fact hearing the scream of a BD engined rally escort for me is pure ecstasy - nothing else comes close.
