1800 Glove box
Discussion
Steve, Andrew
Thanks for the information.
I think I might go down the Millboard route, but now I have two more questions,
1) is the rear face of the box parallel to the front?
2) how deep is it front to back?
A sketch of the developed Millboard would be an asset.
The rest of the dimensions I'll make to suit the aperture in the dash board.

Thanks Steve,
By the looks of it your glove box is made from card about 1.5mm thick, I can see that scoring the card would work well, but the material Andrew suggested (Millboard) is 2.4mm thick
I'm worried that it would be difficult to get the scoring deep enough without going too deep.
Folding inwards may be achievable but folding outwards around the edges may be a bit unsightly.
Maybe someone out there has some experience in folding Millboard?
