Hello
on my 2500M, one of my side screens has a few mm clearances. Nothing serious but some vivratioins appear in the ear of Madame ....
Again, no visible nuts ... it's a TVR!
if I understand correctly the bolts are screwed in plastic dowels which will tighten the side screen on the door .. correct?

What do you recommend to eliminate this play of 2-3 mm?

Thank you !

Have a look in the door to make sure the steel plate securing the bottom of the alloy window frame haven't rotted away, alloy and steel bolted together, recipe for disaster! Geoff

Below a few pictures of the steel plate. I dont know if you see something abnormal... ?
The problem could perhaps be easly solved if I find 2 missing new bolts and plastic dowels ...
This is perhaps the first thing to do.
--> do you know how to find such parts or alternatives ??

Do you know the role of this bolt ?

You need to take the door trim off to check the metal plate that Geoff was referring to. The bottom of the frame that the glass slides up and down in is bolted to this metal plate which is where the adjustment is for the angle of the frame above the door.
