Hello Guys,

I already solved a couple of things on my Taimar imported from the USA. So I am close to getting ready for the season.

I have a 4 post car lift where the car is on now and saw the the rubbing caused damage to the inside mudgard. At least I had a good view on what was causing this awfull noise.

The wheels I have on are the standard 6Jx 14 Wolfrace wheels 105 out. Tyre is a Vredestein Sprint Classic 185HR14. So…. standard.

When the car came from the USA it had 15" Vixen wheels on with tyres that were too low/small.

Ifs there something I should check and is there a way to solve this with a bumpstop or steer limiter?

Have the Wolfies got the correct offset? The T-slots on my 3000S have a 2.5mm -ve offset I believe.

I hope that helps

I believe standard rims were 51/2 J not 6J so I imagine you have a set of after market wheels with, as Nigel suggests, the wrong offset.
