I have a 2019 TVR Pre-80's Calendar and the 31st Oct is missing.
It only goes to 30th Oct.
Maybe with Brexit someone doesn't want to remember the 31st LOL

Hi Alan

The 31st of August was also missing. Unfortunately I didn't notice and turned up a day early my holiday that started on the 1st September :-(

Remember the old adage.

30 days have September, April , June and November.

All the rest have 31, except February, which has always been awkward and October in a TVR calendar.

Yes, we only realised half way through the year. I checked all the placing of the photos when they were ordered but it never occurred to me to ensure that the printers had got the dates right, it seems a bit to obvious that they would have. The 2020 one actually says 2019 on the front cover, we have decided to claim that this is a deliberate mistake as it is to denote that it was launched at the 2019 Pre80s event.

I doubt I can be bothered to do one next year, but if one is I will press upon whoever does it to double check the dates...

Oliver.

C’mon Oliver, this kind of thing makes them proper TVR and a fantastic job you do, it is appreciated.

Hang on to it as perhaps in 200 years time it'll be worth something.

Hi Nige,
Please please do a Calendar for 2020 and maybe the title could be "Blackpool Rockets" or "TVR and the ROCKETS".

Hi Oliver

I'd consider picking up the role of producing the 'pre 80's calendars' - I've created calendars etc. over the years for my companies.

I'll promise that it wouldn't be just photographs of my own car!

I believe you have my email so maybe you can share the previous facts, figures, quantities required etc.

This could also give me an excuse to turn up at the 2020 pre80's events!

Hi Mike,

I have just seen this, I don't come on here very often now I don't own a Pre80s TVR. I will drop you an email, it would be interesting to keep it going though whether it is to support future events needs to be decided. Fortunately not so many of the 2020 one left now.

Oliver.

Alan

You'd probably be better going to Olivers profile and emailing him from there as he mentioned he doesn't come on here very often

Hi,

Yes, I don't come on very often now, due to not owning a Pre80s TVR at present and a 2 year old who takes 2 hours each night to go to sleep. But I do have a few calendars left (£10.00 each), also 11 mugs (£5.00 each) and the last two green keyrings (also £5.00) from Classics at Cosford.

I can't promise delivery for Christmas, but drop me an email to Pre80s@tvrcc.com and I will see what I can do.

Cheers,

Oliver.

Hi Oliver,
many thanks. I've sent an email to pre80s address with my details in France.
I think you will have a nice time with a 2 year old at Christmas.
cheers

All sorted and it will be in the post to you tomorrow Alan.

It will be a great Christmas with a 2 year old, the first one she will really know much about. The 10 year old on the other hand...

Here's hoping Santa brings me a few goodies for my S3c.

Thanks Nigel, it really is a great photos of a lovely car. One day I will own another Vixen, preferably ATD327J, but in the meantime I will drive my S3c and marvel at how much TVR progressed.

Still a few calendars left.

Oliver.
