Wow - that went up in price....It was up for sale with Mike Abbas late last year/earlier this year. It hung around for a while...I think they initially had it up for about £120k, dropped it to £105k and then it went below £100k...not sure if anything has been done to it by the new owner to merit the uplift...

According to a specialist auction house I spoke with recently the market for high end classics is struggling with prices for Astons, Porsches, E-types, Healeys etc having declined significantly over the past year. So either TVR's are bucking the trend or it's very optimistic.

it seems to be 1 out of 20 of this type GB RHD 200 (US Griff 400 looks), I guess thats also a bit why?

also, with this type 200 you are aloud to race FIA? and the other one is now more difficult? something like that I believe some US Griffith 200 LHD owner said, not sure though.

It has been for sale for quite a long time. They were asking £120K for it and that was must be getting on for 2 years ago

That figures, RT is Ipswich, I've noticed several 60s Tvrs with an Ipswich reg and assumed like you they were sold by a Bill Last, there was a big American nearby base at Bentwaters.
