I'm running a 82 Tasmin but I'm posting here are it's not fuel injected and nearly everyone on the Wedge page is running a V8.

I want to replace the fuel pipes and fit a filter as the car has been sitting along time. Removing the tank to clean it out is not an option. I tried and failed, it must have been fitted to the body before it went onto the chassis and it wont come out!

I've been reading up about fuel pipe and have got myself confused. Where can I buy a low pressure pipe what wont get eaten by modern fuel?

Also where would be the best place for an inline filter? Between the mechanical pump and carb or before the pump or at the tank? or all three?!!

To fit new Fuel Lines i have used "Kunifer tube" which works very well. You can also use a flaring tool on the ends. I fit a cleanable glass Filter at the Tank Outlet. . I have done this on my 3000S and 3000M with a good result.

Echo above...Use as mucH Kunifer pipe and as little Fuel pipe as possible... When you do use fuel tube use Gates barricade. Ethanol resistant tube.. ALL fuels today are containing 5% Ethanol.. even 98 RON fuels.

Sounds like a plan. Did you use p clips or just cable ties to run it along the chassis?
