Body removed,chassis requiring a small amount of welding on the front square box outrigger section both sides ,not to bad at all....

The box/square tube infront and above rear wheels. That seems to happen often. Some Chassis have that part and some don't.
Very exposed to being sprayed and sand blasted from the Wheel. If it was cut off flush to the main Chassis and the hole blanked off i don't think it would be a problem.

Mine was bad above the rear wheel - the square section. TVR in their wisdom had put some old style carpet underlay or sound deadening stuff on top of the square section which gets wet and slowly releases the water into the top of the chassis. Back end had nearly separated from the rest when I had it replaced. All body to chassis now using rubber.
