Hi group,
Does anyone have any history on a car I have, Reg PHG 889P, Yellow 1600M?
I purchased the car without engine or gearbox and lots of other stuff missing, slowly getting all the parts together and working to restore them prior to putting it back together.
Would be good to know more about the car and how it became lots of bits rather than a complete unit ;-)
Cheers

My first and second together.
I owned it twice...once as a yoof and once when my better half went in for day surgery and I bought it whilst I was waiting for her. I sold it as a non runner but complete. A@

Hi Neil, no, sorry.
Mark, I did see it in bits after I sold it. Everything is available to put it back to original (if that's your thing). Good luck with it.
(I must have a far few hard copy pictures of it in the loft, but unless I stumble on them, I cannot say I could go and 'just' find them. A@

I want to have the car built with original parts but not sure on the power plant, given no engine or gearbox now, I wonder to put something else like a 289 or a racy four cylinder from that period of time.......
