The sale price was on the webb site however it was removed shortly after at the request of the new owner and reflected the real cost of building these cars to a high level to FIA standard.
In a way it does not matter what it sold for the important thing is its found a new owner and thanks to them we can all get to see it out on track racing again and that is priceless and a big thank you to all who have the resources to do so so we can all watch and enjoy.

Do you know the buyer?

A lot of these type of cars are bought as 'investments' which is a shame because they often don't get used as designed. frown

Which is precisely what I am intending to do with mine. I am hoping it will be ready for May.
