Max height & build to fit in a Grantura?
Discussion
Hi All,
As the title says, what is the maximum height & build to fit into a Grantura Mk1? They look like fairly compact cars, and while I have looked at them before, I've never attempted to sit in one.
I quite fancy one, but there's no point if I can't get in!
Cheers,
Olly
(P.S. I'm a well built 6' 3" Cerbera owner!)

You should definitely try one first, I'm 6ft and my Mk2 it is very snug / compact. I'm looking at putting a roll cage in the car but after trying one with a cage at Brooklands I don't think I will fit comfortably enough to drive the car. It has been suggested that more room can be gained by lowering the floor or by fitting different pedals.

Hi, I own a MK 1, which is for sale if you are interested, I am 5ft 8inches and chunky and have no problems in driving and my mechanic who looks after the car is over 6ft and wears big work boots does not have a problem either, I also have a Lotus Europa and find that much harder to drive and get in and out in fact the Grantura is much nicer to drive because of the amount of light the rear window gives if interested give me a ring on 07941017117 regards Paul
