VA19 CAM TIMING ADVANCE

Has anyone fitted a VA19 Cam in their V6 Essex and what do they think the Timing Advance should be.

sorry i should have said "Ignition" Timing Advance. I need to check what it is at the moment with a Strobe. I think it will need about 14° Advance or something like that.

Be carefull the mark on the front cover that align with the pulley isn't TDC on the essex.
