1969 tvr vixen wiper arms and blades
Discussion
I don't know for TVR cars but i know for Lotus Elans it depends on the country also.
e.g. for Switzerland they must park on the Driver's side/ Steering wheel side. So lhd park on left and rhd park on right. The reason given if you need the Wipers in a panic the Screen infront of the Driver is cleaned first.
Imho it seems a good idea.

I always understood it that the driver had to have the greatest wiped area in front of him ie the top unwiped segment was to be in front of the passenger. The passenger side blade then wipes that corresponding segment on the driver's side. e.g. for Switzerland they must park on the Driver's side/ Steering wheel side. To achieve this, the driver's side spindle should be nearer to the outside of the car than the passenger's side spindle (which is nearer centre) giving a vertical arm parallel to the A-pillar. This is why some cars have 4 spindle holes, 2 blanked depending on its market.

Well i have just measured the position of the Wiper Spindle holes on my 1978 3000S and they are central, not off set + Wipers park on drivers side rhd.
Also i've just measured on my 1972 lotus Elan Sprint, Spindle holes central, not off set + Wipers park on Drivers side rhd.
Alan
Ah, cars from an era before they discovered how to maximise the driver's clear view of the road then! Also i've just measured on my 1972 lotus Elan Sprint, Spindle holes central, not off set + Wipers park on Drivers side rhd.
Alan
But then, that is exactly what the OP was enquiring about, so I shall hush my mouth and stay out of the Classics section in future

Due to the magic of 1960's Lotus quality control there doesn't seem to be any way to predict which side Elan wipers will park. Also i've just measured on my 1972 lotus Elan Sprint, Spindle holes central, not off set + Wipers park on Drivers side rhd.

+1 I have had 3 different +2 Elans and 1 Elan Sprint . I have had the Wipers that park on the Driver's side and also Passenger's side.
They are as predictable as the 4 different TVRs i have owned ha ha ha .
But that's what makes TVRs and Lotus so interresting to own and of course drive.

On my 3000M it should be the same as they both have the same Windscreen.
Wiper Blade length 35.5 cms.
Wiper Arm from centre line of Spindle to end 25 cms and both have a bend to make them parallel to bottom of Windscreen.
I hope that helps
Alan
Thanks Allen should be able to get a set off them measurements.Wiper Blade length 35.5 cms.

My 69 Vixen has arms and blades of approximately 280mm. you will find that the length of the arms will vary slightly depending on make but the blades will be classed as 11 inch blades. I have retained the Armanac arms that came with my car, even though the chroming is past its sell buy date! I assume they are original set but I have matched them up with some Tex blades but to be honest they really don't work very well! You have to be a little careful because you also have to make sure the anchoring point is central on the blade as some 11" blades will have off-set attachment points. The arms have a slight angle as can be seen from the pic below. The East Kent Oracle tells me that there are two thicknesses of rubber which are available for the 11" blades so I may be looking to go thicker in the hope that it might mean I am safe to go out in the rain! Perhaps Adrian can help with replacements.
Yep on my M i have 14" and i got the blade part from these guys:

Not sure where you would get an arm from though

Whatever people say about the wipers i can confirm they work well.
