QUICK RELEASE BONNET DIY

This is what i did on my 3000M. You just need to make the part in my Sketch and then tap the 11.4 mm hole to suit the thread screwed into Bonnet Frame. I left the threaded part in that was seized in Bonnet Frame in place.
I just Hacksawed/cut through where the shoulder is on the old Hinge.
You can use a Half Locknut to stop the Machined Adapter to move.
The stainless "R" Clips can be found on eBay very cheap.
