T9 GEARBOX OIL

On my 3000S i have a "T9" and i understand it's from a 2.8 Capri late gearbox.
Could someone tell me what Oil to put in please.

ATF was the perceived wisdom in the day...

ATF was I believe an attempt to minimize balky changes, particularly when cold?


Alternative choice would be a 75w90 semi synthetic
