Wheel dimensions 3000M/TAIMAR
Discussion
I'm running 16x7 Konig "Rewind" on my Taimar (a minilite style wheel). From memory, they are 0 offset.
If it helps, when I was shopping around for options, it seemed that Datsun 240z from 1970 to 1985 share the same PCD and effectively offered a reasonable range of styles and sizes "off the shelf".

Tyre size is 205x55x16 all round - the online wheel/ tyre calculators suggested that this was a good match to the circumference of the old wheels/ tyres fitted. This size also offers a lot more tyre choice than the original 14inch wheels did.
The rears fitted just fine but I am running a 5mm spacer (with longer wheel studs) on the front to avoid minor tyre rubbing when on lock. Before purchasing tyres, I got a local tyre place to fit a used 205x55 tyre to one wheel so that I could check for fitment/ clearance all round. The used tyre didn't rub, but annoyingly the tyres that I purchased were a different make and model and did rub on their inside, hence needing the spacers for clearance.
When I replace the tyres, i'd consider switching to something like a 195x60 to avoid the need for the spacers on the fronts. There may be room for a wider tyre on the back too, but it's not something that I've explored really. The original plan was to keep all 4 tyres the same size to allow me to rotate the wheels if needed. In hindsight, a 195 on the front and a 215 on the back may have been worth exploring in the first place.
Edit:
Not my car, but here's a link to an American dealer website which sold a 2500M with Konig Rewinds fitted:
